At Nullifire, we are proud to introduce Carboline Perlifoc® HP Eco+, the latest product in our structural fire protection range —offering up to 240 minutes of fire resistance with class-leading sustainability and application benefits. Designed with the needs of modern construction in mind, this gypsum-based fireproof mortar delivers outstanding technical performance while aligning with the highest environmental standards.
Fire Protection Without Compromise
Perlifoc HP Eco+ provides passive fire protection for a wide range of structural elements, including steel frames, concrete columns, and composite slabs. With fire resistance of up to R240, it offers dependable protection under the most demanding conditions. Its A1 classification in accordance with EN 13501-1 confirms it as non-combustible, ensuring it meets the most rigorous fire safety regulations across Europe.
Perlifoc HP Eco+ is certified to EN 13381-3, EN 13381-4, EN 13381-5, and EN 1364-1, and holds ETA 20/0894, offering full confidence in its performance across a variety of applications.
Engineered for Efficiency
Perlifoc® HP Eco+ is specifically formulated to streamline application and reduce labour time on site. It can be applied in a single coat up to 30 mm thick, with no need for mesh or reinforcement in most cases—thanks to its superior adhesion and crack resistance. With a rough but smoothable surface and antique white finish, it also offers aesthetic flexibility. If required, it can be painted without impacting fire performance.
For best results, we recommend application via discontinuous spraying machines, which offer optimal control over density and material consumption. However, it is also compatible with continuous systems when necessary.
With a low density (approx. 550 kg/m³) and theoretical consumption of just 3.5 kg/m² per cm, this mortar combines excellent fire protection with lightweight application—reducing structural load and material usage.
