Nullifire is proud to introduce FS704 Fire Resistant Hybrid Sealant, a brand-new addition to its firestopping portfolio, developed by Tremco CPG UK. Engineered with excellent processing properties and built on advanced hybrid polymer technology, FS704 offers a modern, high-performance solution for sealing linear joints.
Development Backed by Tremco CPG Expertise
FS704’s formulation was strengthened through collaboration with the Tremco CPG Centre of Excellence in the Netherlands, where hybrid polymer research plays a central role in driving innovation across Tremco CPG. This combined expertise has helped deliver a next-generation sealant with outstanding performance and reliability.
A New Generation Hybrid Sealant
FS704 is a paintable, elastometric hybrid sealant free from phthalates, isocyanates and silicone reflecting Tremco CPG’s commitment to safer, cleaner and more sustainable construction solutions.
The hybrid formulation reacts with ambient humidity to form a durable sealant with strong resistance to light, ageing and weathering, making it ideal for long-term performance in demanding environments.
Technical Performance at a Glance
FS704 has been rigorously tested and delivers:
- Up to 2 hours fire resistance
- Excellent movement capability – up to 25% (in normal building use)
- Skin formation in approx. 45 minutes
- Curing speed of approx. 2.8 mm in the first 24 hours
- Continuous service temperature up to +90°C
- 12-month shelf life
