Our team has been working hard and listening to customers’ feedback on how to make our products even better.
Therefore, we are happy to announce and bring to the market an improved version of Nullifire’s FB750 Intubatt Coated Batt.
The process to improve the board has not happened overnight. The project started in 2016 when we carried out the first side by side comparative test. Over the last 6 years we have been working in the testing and certification to ensure all our existing tested evidence may continue to be used.
Testing was carried out by Warrington Fire and all products tested were selected from manufacture by EWCL. Performance monitoring and evaluation of tested results have been carried out by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL UK).
The product we have now brought to market has been proven to outperform the original FB750 Intubatt Coated Batt around all blank and service seals.
The coating applied to the New Class A1 non-combustible board has not changed in any way. Neither have any of the associated sealants.
FB750 Intubatt Coated Batt is now crisper, lighter, less fragile, and easier to cut and handle!
The product still incorporates Optifire traceability technology, ensuring that Nullifire FB750 can be immediately identified and differentiated from other manufacturers offerings.
With the same applicable testing and certifications, as well as the selling price, everything remains unchanged except for the product quality, which just got better!!
