Passive Fire Protection of the DNRC Rehabilitation Centre

The Project

Completed in March 2018, the Loughborough Rehabilitation Centre was projected by John Simpson Architects and Steffian Bradley Achitects, and was produced by Interserve Construction. Pyrotect Ltd. implemented Nullifire products in order to provide passive fire protection to the steel structure of the facility.

Passive Fire Protection

Following the building expansion of more than 47,000 m2 the grade-II listed Stanford Hall Estate facility required further fire protection measures to be installed in order to reset its resistance to fire. Nullifire were on hand to recommend the use of FB750 Coated BattsFS702 Water-Based Intumescent Acrylic Sealant, and FS709 Intumescent Sealant. The combination of these products ensures the fire safety of the building.

Explore the Nullifire website further in order to gain more information about Nullifire's fire stopping range.

Please note: we use a different product range for each project and the current construction rules. For a personalised recommendation please contact our fire protection experts.
