Nexus International School Campus is leading the way in setting benchmarks in sustainability and digital technology innovations within Singapore. The 13-storey "vertical" campus is one of a kind when it comes environmental context and its forward-thinking approach to educational spaces.
Nullifire (Asia Pacific) collaborated with renowned architectural firm Broadway Malyan to ensure that this iconic building set a revolutionary template for "education of the future" whilst adhering to local passive fire protection regulations.
Nullifire SC902 was identified as the project solution for its effective fast cure structural fire performance and its 120-minute fire rating, as well as its early weather resistance. Our unique hybrid technology combines fast curing speed with tack free and versatile properties - making it the superior choice with applicators, especially with application taking place during Singapore's high humidity season - April.
